Looking at your PATH you probably pick up<BR>/afs/cern.ch/alice/library/afs_volumes/vol12/local/bin/libtoolize.<BR>Try removing /afs/cern.ch/alice/library/afs_volumes/vol12/bin and<BR>/afs/cern.ch/alice/library/afs_volumes/vol12/local/bin from your PATH.<BR><BR>You also seem to mix gcc-3.4 with gcc-4.3.
