This is at least true for Sherpa where MPI scatters are only
modelled as 2->2 scatters.<br>
MPI scatters are one of these things where there is no generator
independent<br>
way of getting these quantities, hence you need to check how to
identify<br>
MPI scatters in H++.<br>
