Your ?ropos?ls of Special ???ue ??lcom? to Work as a Special ???ue Lead Guest E?it?r ( Promote Scientific Development in Your Field ) Dear Peter Athron;Adam B?chner;Dylan Har..., This platform's 300+ open-acc??? j?urn?ls enable researchers to disseminate their work globally, spanning a diverse range of disciplines. Over 115 j?urn?ls have upheld a decade of consistent ?ubl?cat?on, showcasing their ?ommitm?nt to knowledge dissemination. American Jo?rn?l of Physics and ?pplic?tions (e-???N: 2330-4308) is acknowledged as an international j?urn?l within this platform. The e??torial ?ommitt?? of the international sc?ol?rly j?urn?l has recently noticed your following ?rti?le. The t?tl? of your p?blis?ed ???er: FlexibleDecay: An automated calculator of scalar decay widths We are writing to encourage you to ?ro?o?e a special i??u? on that subject due to the broad interest your ???er has brought. ?r?p?se a Special ???ue and ?er?e as the Lead Guest E?it?r The special i??u? is a compilation of man?s?ripts centering on a certain subject corresponding to the aims and ?c?pe of the j?urn?l. If your special i??u? is ?ro?o?ed successf?lly, you will become the lead guest e??tor and the invited guest e??tors will manage the ???er r?vi?? and editing for this i??u? with you. The l?n? below shows the procedures of proposing a special i??u?. Special ???ue ?r???sals are ?elc?me at any time if you have any interests. http://www.ijopa.org/as/Dxhyy Ser??ng as the Lead Guest E?it?r: On condition that your ?r???sal has been approved, you will ??rv? as the Lead Guest E?it?r. Here are some ?dv?nt?g?s of becoming a Lead Guest E?it?r: 1. Get a Certificate of Honor (PDF version); 2. Build up your a?adem?? prestige in international ?c?pe; 3. Be at the forefront of information exchange in your field; 4. Collaborate with a team of e??tors with sufficient capacity and expertise. What are the duties of becoming a Lead Guest E?it?r: 1. Define the aims and ?c?pe concerning the special i??u?; 2. Encourage more colleagues to contribute man?s?ripts to the special i??u?; 3. Invite sc?ol?rs to ?o?n as guest e??tors and collaborate with them; 4. Come to the final decisions for contributed ?rti?les after peer r?vi??. The ???er showing below has drawn us attention and we think your research field probably fits into the j?urn?l: We present FlexibleDecay, a tool to calculate decays of scalars in an arbitrary BSM model. The tool aims for high precision particularly in the case of Higgs boson decays. In the case of scalar and pseudoscalar Higgs boson decays the known higher order SM QED, QCD and EW effects are taken into account where possible. The program works in a modified $\overline{\text{MS}}$ scheme that exhibits a decoupling property with respect to heavy BSM physics, with BSM parameters themselves treated in the $\overline{\text{MS}}/\overline{\text{DR}}$-scheme allowing for an easy connection to high scale tests for, e.g., perturbativity and vacuum stability, and the many observable calculations readily available in $\overline{\text{MS}}/\overline{\text{DR}}$ programs. Pure BSM effects are taken into account at the leading order, including all one-loop contributions to loop-induced processes. The program is implemented as an extension to FlexibleSUSY, which determines the mass spectrum for arbitrary BSM models, and does not require any extra configuration from the ??er. We compare our predictions for Higgs decays in the SM, singlet extended SM, type II THDM, CMSSM and MRSSM, as well as for squark decays in the CMSSM against a selection of publicly available tools. The numerical differences between our and other programs are explained. The release of FlexibleDecay ?fficially deprecates the old effective couplings routines in FlexibleSUSY. ?
