<div class="">I found out why ATLAS_2012_I1093738 was causing a problem when doing my comparisons. in the .dat files generated when doing compare histos command, this histogram location had a spurious [0] after the name, for example it should be </div>
<div class="">/ATLAS_2012_I1093738/d01-x01-y01 when it was /ATLAS_2012_I1093738/d01-x01-y01/[0]</div>
<div class="">If i removed the [0] by hand then im able to make the comparison plots. </div>
