I checked and indeed July 13 in the afternoon is a good plan. Indeed the tutorial could be open to everybody, not only CMS. I would then need maybe 30 min at the end for the specific details about CMS usage but we could do in a different room
if needed.

If opening it to theory and other experiments (which I think is a good idea), then we should let LPCC know so they can advertise it... and maybe help with organisation. We have used the TH auditorium several times before for these tutorials.
I'm CCing Holger, who has agreed to give the tutorial. I plan to be
there as well. Is the afternoon of the 13th a possibility? If you don't
mind, we would also like to invite anyone from the CERN theory group or
Atlas/LHCb to the main tutorial. Of course, if you would like a CMS-only
Q&A session or something like that, that is no problem. What do you think?
Dear Chris,

Would it be possible to fix the date for this tutorial soon. We will
need a bit of time to find room at CERN and we would like to make a
first announcement early June.
I think we agreed more or less on the week of July 11th (avoiding
the 14th, the 12th in the afternoon is also usually bad due to
plenary CMS meetings).

Cheers, Xavier.
