[Blackmax] BlackMax: Minor update release 2.00.3

Dear BlackMax users,

After discussions with some of you, we have made a few minor
modifications to the BlackMax output in order to ensure it is fully
LHA compliant. In this updated version:

 - an additional XML tag is added to the LHA output file
 - the LHA output file is renamed BlackMaxLHArecord.lhe
 - for standalone BlackMax PDF ID is correctly filled with CTEQ6.1M default set
