Renormalize the Standard Model in the MSbar scheme.

  testing SM low-scale constraint and beta-functions

Note 1: g1 is GUT-normalized by sqrt(5/3)

Note 2: The SM is renormalized in the MS-bar scheme.  Therefore, there
are not finite threshold corrections to g3 at the low-scale.
