  test EWSB for instable point

This point does not work when only gsl_multiroot_fsolver_hybrid and
gsl_multiroot_fsolver_hybrids are used.  It works with
gsl_multiroot_fsolver_broyden or gsl_multiroot_fsolver_newton .
