  clarify the three categories of model parameters

We have now the following three terms:

  "SUSY parameters" := gauge couplings, VEVs,
                 superpotential parameters,

  "soft-breaking parameters := Girardello, Grisaru terms

  "all model parameters" := SUSY parameters + soft-breaking parameters
