  non-perturbativity check for dimensionless parameters at GUT scale

The check can be disabled by setting

  FSCheckPerturbativityOfDimensionlessParameters = False;

in the model file.  The threshold can be set via

  FSPerturbativityThreshold = N[Sqrt[4 Pi]];

in the model file.
