  revert to global BC variables

After some discussion we decided that a FlexibleSUSY model is uniquely
defined by all BCs.  This includes the specification of the EWSB
output parameters.  Therefore the BC and EWSB variables can be in the
global FlexibleSUSY` context and don't need to be solver-specific.
