  allow matching to the SM at Q = MT_pole

Thus, at the moment the model under consideration can be matched to
the SM at either Q = MZ_pole or Q = MT_pole.

  allow matching to SM at dynamically calculated scale

This now allows a user to match to the SM at for example MT_DRbar.
