  Correcting field renormalizations for lambda_{6,7} from PhysRev.D.48.4280

In PhysRev.D.48.4280 and arxiv:1508.00576 the field renormalizations
for lambda_{6,7} are zero and seem to be correct.  In
arxiv:hep-ph/9307201 Eq. (6.17), however, they are non-zero, which
seems to be incorrect.

In this commit I'm assuming that the results of PhysRev.D.48.4280 and
arxiv:1508.00576 are correct.
