  extend and restructure HSSUSY documentation

Note: The following is still to do:

 * update the example script (and its output) to include 3L and 4L
   corrections

 * describe the new HSSUSY input flags used for an uncertainty
   estimate

 * give an example w/ the HSSUSY uncertainty estimate
