  Bugfix: correcting 4-loop beta function of the SM top Yukawa coupling

Note: The extra factor 2 comes from the fact that in Chetyrkin:2016ruf
the beta function is defined as

   beta = d yt / d log(mu^2) = 1/2 d yt / d log(mu)

Furthermore, there is a factor gt missing in the expression "betaytl4"
in the file ttp16_008.m, which is present in Eq.(3.5).
