Major Gifts Ramp-Up's National Philanthropy Day Celebration will take
place November 14, 2023 at the West Gate Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. 

**Major Gifts Ramp-Up has partnered with the Las Vegas Chapters of
Association of Fundraising Professionals. and National Football League
Alumni Association** to honor our Nation's donors and volunteers whose
generosity ensure charities achieve their important missions.

**National Philanthropy Day**B. (NPD) is one day set aside each year for
the purpose of recognizing the great contribution philanthropy makes to
our society and to honor individuals, businesses and support
organizations that are active in the philanthropic community.B  NPD was
founded by Los Angeles philanthropist and attorney Doug Freeman. The
first NPD awards luncheon was held in cities across the country in 1986,
after President Ronald Reagan proclaimed November 15 as National
Philanthropy Day. Award-winning composer Marvin Hamlisch penned the
music and lyrics for 

**"Now, More Than Ever,"** the anthem for the event. Since then, NPD
is celebrated in all fifty states and Canada. NPD offers an opportunity
to reflect on the meaning of charitable giving and the spirit that makes
such generosity possible.

**Join us on November 14, 2023 and meet fundraising veterans Helen
Arnold, Stefanie Stark, Louis Fawcett, Linda Lysakowski and special
speaker Morlon Greenwood as we celebrate nearly 250 years of U.S.
giving.**

**Helen Arnold, President, Association of Fundraising Professionals Las
Vegas Chapter**, is the founding principle of Arnold Olson Associates
and leads the Las Vegas community as an acclaimed volunteer leader and
fundraising expert. Helen advances the cause of philanthropy by growing
her AFP Chapter with excellence and grace.

**Stefanie Stark, President, Development Systems International,** works
with major donors who make informed financial gifts that generate a high
return on philanthropic investment. She leads Major Gifts Ramp-Up
campaigns coast-to-coast that raise millions for nonprofits.

**Louis Fawcett, President, National Association of Nonprofit
Organizations & Executives,** works with charitable organizations across
the United States to deploy free market enterprise principles that
change and transform lives. Louis has also lead hundreds of successful
Major Gifts Ramp-Up Campaigns.

**Linda Lysakowski, Vice-President, Development Systems International,**
is known around the world as America's Fundraiser. Linda's legendary
work with hospitals, universities, human welfare, environmental and arts
organizations have raised hundreds of millions of major gifts dollars
for causes large and small.

**Morlon Greenwood, President, NFL Alumni Foundation Las Vegas,** leads
the NFLA's $100m Caring for Kids Campaign and works with the Major Gifts
Ramp-Up team members to raise funds for youth-oriented causes and engage
in hands-on service in every metropolitan city that hosts a NFL
