[GiBUU-announce] bug fix for A+A

Dear GiBUU users,
unfortunately, I just had to fix a bug in GiBUU, which concerned the
initialization of the code for A+A collisions (introduced in release
2019, not present in earler versions).
If you are using GiBUU in this mode, please update the code (by a new
installation via our hepforge-site) to the newest release (2019, patch 5).
