[GiBUU-announce] GiBUU 2021, patch 1 released

Dear colleagues,
it is a pleasure to inform you, that we uploaded a new patch of the
actual release 2021 of GiBUU on our homepage.
This patch includes some minor bug fixes. In addition, it includes
following changes in the physics:
# improved transition from RES to DIS, for W = 2 -3 GeV
# 2pi background improved, fixed to data for e-p scattering
# Q^2 cutoff for DIS removed, to account for high omega, low Q^2 events

Due to the technical limitations of the hepforge site, the best solution
to upgrade is to do a full new download and installation of the code.
