[GiBUU-announce] GiBUU 2021, patch 2

Dear colleagues,
it is a pleasure to inform you, that we uploaded a new patch of the 
actual release 2021 of GiBUU on our homepage.

Its purpose is twofold:
* it publishes some changes user asked for (and used already by private 
communication)
* some bugs were fixed, especially in the residue calculation. This may 
affect users, which are looking for (energy) conservation in the event.

Due to the technical limitations of the hepforge site, the best solution 
is to do a full new download and installation of the code.
