[GiBUU-announce] GiBUU v2023, patch 2

Dear friends of GiBUU,

we would like to inform you, that a new patch of the latest GiBUU 
release (v2023) is available on our homepage.  It includes 2 minor bug 
fixes (better treatment of lepton masses in the 
neutrino-/electron-machinery and an improved treatment of vector meson 
propagation in RMF mode of heavy ion collisions). As a new feature, it 
is now possible to initialize heavy ion collisions with an anti-deuteron 
beam.
