[Herwig-announce] ThePEG 1.7.1 and Herwig++ 2.5.1 have been released

Dear Herwig++ and ThePEG users,

we would like to announce the release of Herwig++ 2.5.1 together with
ThePEG 1.7.1.

The improvements since the last version are listed in the NEWS files in 
both the tarballs, but we'd like to point out that we have now replaced 
the withdrawn colour reconnection tunes (version 1) with a new set that 
is now enabled by default for all runs.
