[Laura-announce] New version (v1r2) of Laura++ package released

Dear Laura++ users,

We would like to announce the release of v1r2 of the Laura++ package.
This version makes the following changes with respect to v1r1p1:

* Added the ability to use 2D cubic spline interpolation for DP histograms
  - setBkgndSpline method added to LauBkgndDPModel
  - setEffSpline method added to LauEffModel
  - useSpline flag added to constructor of LauDPDepSumPdf

* Updated 2D chi-square code (in examples) to use a much improved adaptive binning algorithm

* Add LauRealImagCPCoeffSet, which provides an (x,y), (xbar,ybar) way of parametrising the complex coefficients

* Generalise the Makefile in the examples directory
  - results in minor changes to the names of 3 of the binaries

* Fix a couple of small bugs in examples
  - in GenFitKpipi example the background asymmetry parameter had its limits the wrong way around
  - in ResultsExtractor the output file was not being written out

* Improve some error checks and corresponding warning messages
