[Laura-announce] New git repository for Laura++

Dear all,

I'm pleased to announce that the Laura++ repository has been migrated to git.  The web interface to the git repository (including information on clone URLs) can be found here:
https://phab.hepforge.org/source/laura/

The documentation on our main webpage:
https://laura.hepforge.org
has also been updated accordingly.

The svn repository is now set to read-only access.  Please let us know immediately if you notice any inconsistency.  We intend to archive the svn repository at the end of the year.
