[LHAPDF-announce] another small correction to HERAPDF15 - NLO -ALPHAS

Dear LHAPDF user,

It has been spotted by Graeme Watt that the alphas values for set 9 and
10  (0.1156 and 0.1176) in the HERAPDF15NLO_ALPAS.LHgrid file were the
wrong way round. ..sorry about this.. it is now fixed, so if you are
using this file then please download the file again.   This does not
affect the PDF values themselves or need a rebuild ... it only effects
the alphas values reported by lhapdf.
