[LHAPDF-announce] New CT14 PDF data for LHAPDF, and MMHT2014 data update

Dear LHAPDF users,

Many of you have been asking when the CT14 PDFs would become available 
for LHAPDF6. I'm pleased to say that they are now available for download 
both from the LHAPDF website and from our usual AFS and CVMFS locations.

Apologies for the delay in providing these -- CTEQ made them available 
as soon as the publication was on the arXiv, but this happened at the 
same time as a) I went on holiday, and b) my laptop, containing the 
canonical LHAPDF set collection for index-building, bit the dust! We get 
there in the end.

We're also happy to provide an minor update to the MMHT2014 PDFs -- this 
just adds a "hessian" ErrorType key to each set, allowing the automated 
LHAPDF uncertainty calculation routines to apply the correct recipe for 
these sets.
