[PyFeyn] PyFeyn 0.3.0!

Hi Georg,

I just pushed PyFeyn 0.3.0 out on the website and PyPI: it all seems to
work right now and I'm pretty proud. Not that we expect an immediate
rush of users, but maybe word will get around!

Thanks again: it's great to have it released. I think I'll have a wee
bit of a break now and try to get some of my other projects
(re-)released before coming back to it. Of course, if you've got more
plans for either PyFeyn or FeynML, then please launch into them by all
means! Since you're the driving force behind FeynML now, feel free to
update the web page for that, too.

PS. My office mate, David Grellscheid, recognises your name from Pt III
maths. It's a "new release" week for him, too: their first child was
born on Sunday night!
