[Rivet-announce] Professor 2.1.3 release

Dear Professor users (and sorry to all rivet only users for hijacking 
the mailing list),

We are happy to announce the release of Professor version 2.1.3.

Although most changes are "only" bug fixes and much cleaner command lines,
there are a couple of new features. For example, the derivative of 
parametrisations
is available and is used for instance in the newly added sensitivity 
plotter.
We managed to significantly speed up the parametrisation and its 
evaluation.
We also added the run combination feature from Professor 1 back in for
systematic checks of the parametrisations.

At professor.hepforge.org  you can now find a sphinx based documentation of
most scripts including tutorial like examples.
Further, a (preliminary but working) bootstrap script is available
on the web page.

We decided to drop the support of PyMinuit and support only iminuit now.

The code is much more mature and robust than previous releases due
to the input of several users, thanks a lot for that.
