Making division work (in the not-segfaulting sense) for the D0 2008 W charge asymm analysis. There is almost certainly a bin-width factor going wrong in these analyses with histo divisions: what to do? I can adapt the AIDA interface locally so that division returns an IDataPointSet rather than a IHistogram1D... this seems most correct and I think hurts no-one, but will require adapting any other analyses that use IHistogramFactory::divide. Aw hell, YODA will work this way, so the change needs to be done... but not tonight. Needs to be done for the release, though: we can't release something we *know* to be wrong... even when it's a big pain to fix ;)
