Log:
Working around the SWIG type-mapping problems on SL by including the PyHepMC SWIG mappings in the Python SWIG mapping file. Seems to work on the HepMC test file I tried on the IPPP Grid UI machine (SLC4). Also some fixes to missing logging module parts for Python 2.3
