Bugfixes for three D0 Z+jets analyses: Don't rely on the pTmin in the
FastJets constructor, because in D0ILCone it will get multiplied by
Et_min_ratio, which is 0.5 by default. Instead request explicit pTmin in
the jetByPt() method.
