Thanks - it's great to have some feedback and we'll do our best to fix all
of these problems for the next release.

The easiest way is to send me/us an email and we'll do the project
management bit. On the other hand, if you're planning on using Rivet more,
I'll make you a user account for the bug tracker Web page.

We don't have a public interface for these yet. If you can get me the
hep-ex code, the SPIRES ID, the HepData ID or the journal reference, I can
make these for you. SPIRES ID is preferable but isn't very obvious from
SPIRES listings: you can see it labelled as "IRN" in e.g. the SPIRES
BibTeX references.
