[Rivet] HepMC static

Lynn Garren and Lars are in principle developers for this and should be 
informed (I presume Lars is on this list now :)

Why are we distributing HepMC though? I took it straight from the HepMC 
web pages myself... Would be better if we could avoid distributing it. 
Anyone know why we do?

Did you try the version for the HepMC web pages?
