[Rivet] lhapdf

Hi,

It's working now (for Herwig at least).

James - the correct parameter is 'HRWLHAPDF' not 'LHAPDF'

If I do this, LHAPDF is called correctly.

Unfortunately for FPythia I am getting an error that PYDATA has not been 
linked, which wasn't there before...
