Can we actually avoid using the ticketing system for this, and use the wiki
instead? The tickets are really designed to be transient entities for
particular issues, so you can't edit any of the content, just append to it.
That makes it pretty inappropriate for use as a user guide to analyses.

Or have I misunderstood what you intend to do?
