[Rivet] Rivet and AGILe released... phew!

Hi Andy,

I built things in Alberta without much problem.  For available generators, I only 
have a couple versions of FORTRAN Pythia and Herwig showing up as available.  How 
do I hook-in another generator, such as CHARYBDIS?
