[Rivet] bug in polar angle?

I think the full story is that I wasn't thinking very clearly when I wrote
those vector classes! Thanks for finding and fixing the bug, Hendrik: you can
close the ticket now.

PS. I'm back now but it'll take a couple of days to work through all the emails
