[Rivet] List of Rivet routines

Hi Emily,

We definitely need something like this. However, my guess it would be 
best to do this via the ticketing system, so they can be combined with 
target releases, the svn, have discussion, milestones etc etc. We could 
set up a report so that one can automatically generate a list like the 
one you made.

Shall I do this? Anyone object or have a better idea?
