I looked into this a bit more, and I think this bug was introduced after the 1.1.0 release, which is the Genser version used inside ATLAS, so in that case I'm not sure it can explain the difference. It could still be correlated with the "Acosta" analysis problems tho' I'll have to reproduce the plots first inside ATLAS but not using the evgen job transforms and then completely stand-alone from ATLAS before we can be sure where the problem lies.
