I wonder if using the Pheno VO would be more sensible --- I've copied
David (on holiday until Monday) and Peter so they can comment on whether
GENSER is fully supported on all Pheno-compatible sites. If so, there
seems little point in duplicating the VO management time.

Incidentally, is it possible to submit a Grid job under, say, the ATLAS
VO with the condition that it must be sent to a CE which supports the
Pheno (or CEDAR VO)?
