[Rivet] all events are vetoed in Drell Yan analysis

Check that you're using the right parameter files. I have no problems
generating events using rivet revision 980 with this command:

rivetgun -g Pythia6:418 -a CDF_2008_NOTE_9351 -P fpythia-cdfdrellyan.params -P fpythia-longlife-stable.params -P tevatron1960.params -n 1000

The cuts represent the cuts of the analysis. There is no way to change
those.
