[Rivet] Compiling an HZTool main program

Dear all

I have included a flag "special" in the configuration file, which  
allows to call then the HERWIG and/or PYTHIA routines. without  
specifying this flag explicitly, hztool should compile and work  
without linking HERWIG to it.
The usage is described in the README file.

Please check, whether this is now ok ...
