[Rivet] axis labels

No, that would be me forgetting to ensure that they get copied through 
properly to the output. Oops. Try now.

Unfortunately I've got some FastJet undefined symbol problem with 
SIScone right (missing Cmomentum destructor... anyone else see this?) so 
I can't test.
