[Rivet] Axis label migration

Hi Riveteers,

Since it worked well for the metadata migration, I've made a similar
wiki page for tracking what analyses have been converted to use axis
labels on histograms, and which haven't:

I've assigned the analyses to the same people as accepted them last
time... complain if you don't want to be a maintainer any more. Let's
aim to gradually get this done over the next week or so... remember:
it'll be easier to do them a little at a time than waiting until the
last minute ;)
