[Rivet] siscone-spherical not found

I can confirm, that the naive 

  ./configure --enable-allplugins

doesn't enable shared libraries for libsiscone and libsiscone_spherical. 
As opposed to the statement in the release notes, you will have to use

  ./configure --enable-allplugins --enable-shared

I think that's a bug that we'll have to report to fastjet.

I'll update rivet-only-bootstrap later. I suppose that will become our 
default rivet bootstrap script, and thus probably renamed, at the time of 
the 1.1.3 release, right?
