Hi Lukas, I'm not sure why the third option didn't work. But maybe I can help with the first option. Boost likes to create a subdirectory with its version number for the include files. That's not exactly what normal software packages do, so if this is the case in your local boost installation you can create a symlink called "boost" such that it points to the directory that actually holds the header files (uhm, I hope that's clear?). Thus spake lukas vanelderen (lukasvanelderen at gmail.com): > 1. after having downloaded > http://www.hepforge.org/archive/rivet/Rivet-1.1.3.tar.gz > ./configure --with-boost-incpath=/home/lukas/Software/boost_1_39_0/boost > /home/lukas/Software/boost_1_39_0/boost Try --with-boost-incpath=/home/lukas/Software/boost_1_39_0 instead. If that doesn't work, I'll have a closer look. Cheers, Hendrik -- "You have to take the most direct road to go instead of your meeting, you have to, this one ended, leave at once the CERN domain."
