event files, we recommend using the native interface and piping the
event file into Rivet via Unix named pipes (see 'man mkfifo'). A similar
procedure will be required for AGILe generators from version 1.1.3
onwards, with the highly beneficial side-effect that Rivet will no
longer depend on AGILe or any associated large libraries such as LHAPDF.
