[Rivet] JADE/OPAL jet rate measurements

Hi Riveteers,

In Sherpa we have been using a very nice experimental analysis published
jointly by JADE and OPAL for jet rates in e+e-:

  http://www.slac.stanford.edu/spires/find/hep/www?eprint=hep-ex/0001055
  http://durpdg.dur.ac.uk/cgi-hepdata/hepreac/4300807

It is a huge archive of data at 8 different CMS energies and in 4
different jet measures.

Has anybody considered this analysis for Rivet yet? Wouldn't it also be
useful for fragmentation/shower tuning, since it covers an energy range of
35 to 189 GeV?

If nobody else is working on this or has any strong preference on how to
implement it, I would look into it.
Do you agree it's a good idea to split it into 8 separate analysis
identifiers, one for each CMS energy (and experiment)?

Frank
