[Rivet] Parameters in the Herwig interface

If they aren't currently supported, then yes, you'll have to modify the 
interface (by contrast, Pythia should have full coverage, since we don't 
have to explicitly map param names to the common blocks). We didn't map 
those ones, since AGILe was designed for testing Rivet and those aren't 
params that are normally used in tunings. However, send me the diff when 
you've done it, and I'll merge it into the trunk... I'll be updating 
AGILe once I'm done with this incipient Rivet release!
