[Rivet] API documentation?

Do we actually have a usable API documentation which we can link to in
the tutorials? I've just tried to find bookHistogram1D on our Doxygen
website (which says Rivet 1.1.2 but the content is more current) and
failed miserably.

I have to admit that I never liked Doxygen, neither from a user's point
of view nor as a developer, so I never use it and I might just be to
stupid to find things.
