[Rivet] Gentle reminders...

It's just Hendrik, James and Emily remaining now... please get it 
together: you've had 2 weeks to do it, and I really don't want to have 
to drag out the release schedule for the sake of a few missing strings.

The other issues blocking release are various DIS-related things which I 
think should be mostly ready to be ticked off (James?), and Frank doing 
a validation run against 1.1.2... that's obviously the last thing that 
we do before tagging for release and putting the tarball online.
